Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
As many Karem Woodcraft products are custom-made, manufactured, or prepared to order, returns or changes may not always be possible once production has commenced.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within the applicable processing timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
You may also need to contact your bank or credit card provider, as there can be processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] before returning any item.
Returns For Custom Or Made-To-Order Products
Many Karem Woodcraft products are made, prepared, or customised to suit individual orders.
For custom-sized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured items, returns or changes may not be available unless the item is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
If you are unsure about sizing, suitability, pickup, or freight before ordering, please contact our team before placing your order.
Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, you may be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed or required under applicable consumer law.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
